You are coming to Mallorca to spend your holidays, to enjoy the beautiful calas we have on the island and you would like to visit several of them. Don’t worry, we have prepared this small article where we are going to recommend you some of the calas to visit on your next trip to Porto Petro, Majorca.

Cala Mondrago

Cala Mondrago is one of the best beaches in the southeast of Mallorca. It is one of the best blue flag beaches as it was declared a natural park in 1992 protecting the area from building and mass tourism. Here you will find a restaurant to eat.

Caló des Moro

Caló des Moro is one of the most beautiful calas on the island and the most Instagrammable. Due to its popularity on the internet, it may not be as quiet as you would expect but its beauty is worth enjoying. You have to walk 2 km along a path and there are no services there.

S’Amarador

S’Amarador is only 400 m away from Cala Mondrago and is an excellent choice if Cala Modragó is full of bathers. In 2008 it was voted “best beach” in Europe. It is also surrounded by the Mondrago Natural Park, full of pine trees and plants. On this beach there is a beach bar if you want to have a drink or a snack.

Es Caló de Sa Barca Trencada

Es Caló de Sa Barca Trencada is a beautiful beach that is divided into two bathing areas: one sandy and the other rocky. It has natural shadows provided by the pine trees at the back of the beach. It is a good option to spend the day with the family although, due to its popularity, it is very crowded in the summer months.

You can stay in one of our vacational rentals in the area, such as:
