Finca Es Fasser is situated within a few minutes walking distance to the small village of Calonge where you will find three excellent restaurants and village atmosphere with childrens play in the main plaza. You will find only a few minutes away the cosmopolitan Cala D’or where you will find boutiques shops, restaurants and bars and you can find some beautiful beaches like Cala Mitjana and Cala Sanau.

Finca Es Fasser has 2 floors. On the ground floor, walking from the garden terrace you will find the main entrance which opens into the living/dining room with a 12 seater table, comfy seating area with four leather sofas, Satellite TV and DVD. You will find the fully fitted modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven/hob and fridge/freezer. The kitchen has a door to get access to the BBQ casita and dining terrace.

There are 2 bedrooms on that floor. Bedroom 1 is a twin room with interior stone wall feature and en-suite shower room and bedroom 2 is an attractive twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an adjacent shower room, purpose built with wide access which is suitable for wheelchairs. There is a separate utility area with washing machine.

From the interior hallway the staircase leads up to Bedroom 3. The master bedroom with dressing room, beautiful en-suite bath/shower room. It also has external access down a separate stairway down to a walled sun terrace, which is ideal for private sun-bathing.

Bedrooms 4 and 5 are both twin bedrooms each with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room, they both enjoy lovely views across the swimming pool towards the mountains. And Bedroom 6 is a double bedroom with an optional single bed, it has fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bath/shower room.

From the rear terrace there is a wide access door that is suitable for wheelchairs.

Outside Finca Es Fasser has a the stone built BBQ casita and covered dining terrace overlooking the 12m infinity moazaic tiled swimming pool with roman steps. Spacious terraces are comfortably furnished with reclining modern sun loungers and quality bamboo furniture.
